The evolution of antimicrobial peptides in bats

This poster was presented in the 19th IBCR - 50th NASBR. Austin, TX, USA, and later published in Frontiers in Immunology. The pipeline to annotate and curate these genes is detailed in this Github repository. The trees and multiple sequence alignments were plotted in R with ggtree. This process is detailed in the package webpage.
